  • Master's degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland

  • Trained as a Menopause Coach through -I understand the biology of perimenopause, not just the emotions

  • Trained in nervous system regulation,  somatic approaches.

  •  Trauma trained and informed,  because perimenopause often resurfaces old wounds, old patterns, and old beliefs that need care.
