Be With Regulation Community
A weekly rhythm of nervous-system support, steadiness, and connection.
For women who have been part of AmiBalance™ or Balance Beyond Menopause™ and want to continue receiving regular Be With™ regulation support and community connection.
Welcome
I’m so glad you’re here.
Whether you are coming from AmiBalance™ or Balance Beyond Menopause™, you already know this practice.
You know what it feels like to pause, be guided, and let your nervous system receive support without needing to explain everything you are carrying.
The Be With™ Regulation Community gives you a place to keep receiving that support.
This work deepens through repetition.
Through returning.
Through being supported again and again.
Through giving your body regular experiences of steadiness, presence, and connection.
And it does not need to take a long time to matter.
Ten minutes is powerful.
The nervous system learns through repeated experiences of support. Research on brief, repeated meditation practices shows that even short sessions practiced consistently can influence stress, mood, attention, and emotional regulation. Â
That is the heart of Be With™ Regulation Time.
A steady rhythm.
A supported space.
A regular place for your body to receive the message:
I do not have to carry this alone.
A quiet guided practice.
A place to pause, receive support, and let your nervous system return to steadiness in the presence of others.
That is the heart of Be With™ Regulation Time.
A steady place to return, three times each week, so your nervous system can keep receiving support through repetition.
Brief Reminder
What Is the Be With™ Regulation Community?
The Be With™ Regulation Community is a place to stay connected to the Be With™ practice you already know — a quiet guided regulation practice where you pause, receive support, and let your nervous system return toward steadiness without needing to explain your story
What’s Included
Three 10-Minute Be With™ Regulation Times Each Week
Short, guided Be With™ sessions offered three times each week.
These sessions give your nervous system a regular place to pause, orient, receive support, and practice returning.
The length is intentional.
Ten minutes can be enough to create a meaningful pause in the day, offer your system steadiness, and support the return before everything has to be fully solved, explained, or processed.
Â
A Regular Rhythm of Support
The nervous system learns through repetition.
The value is not in one perfect practice.
The value is in returning regularly enough that steadiness becomes more familiar, support becomes easier to receive, and the body has repeated opportunities to experience something different.
